I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Scarlett at Smoke Tree Dental in Palm Springs. From beginning to end, the entire office was incredibly organized, efficient, high-tech, friendly, and welcoming. Andrea and Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from my X-rays through the rest of my visit, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything moved. Dr. Scarlett personally performed my deep cleaning, and I was so impressed by how thorough, attentive, and transparent she was throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and I always understood exactly what was being done and why. The technology and organization of the office really stood out to me, but even more importantly, everyone was genuinely kind. It felt like a dental practice that takes both the clinical side and the patient experience seriously. If you live anywhere around Smoke Tree, Araby Cove, Araby Commons, Twin Palms, or really anywhere in South Palm Springs and you’re looking for a fabulous dentist, I would absolutely recommend giving them a try. FANTASTIC!!! That was my Dad’s expression whenever he had an amazing experience. Dr. Scarlett Escareno and the staff provided exceptional service. After unfortunate experiences at Tahquitz Dental and Western Dental, I lost a crown and had noticed this new office on my way to hiking trail. Tony Hanna, Operations Manager got me in for an appointment immediately. I was booked for 8:30 am on Monday and walked out with a cavity filled, teeth cleaned, and a new crown. Not a temporary. A permanent crown. Made right in the office. And this Dental Office has to be one of the most modern in the Valley. Equipment is brand new and state of the art. My hygienist was Jamil Rangel who was not only thorough and informative, like the rest of the staff, he was friendly and upbeat. Dr. Scarlett met with me at the start of the appointment and we had a good discussion about options and she thoroughly explained her procedures and answered all questions. Over all one of the best dental appointments in a long, long time (I’ve been seeing a dentist twice a year for over 65 years). Finally, prices were very reasonable and thoroughly discussed and disclosed prior to the procedure. Tony even indicated that payment plans could be arranged.
